Role Responsibilities
As an Operative, you'll be responsible for:
- Meeting daily production targets and reporting data for quality purposes
- Loading and unloading products from the plant and vehicles
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround
- Continuously improving performance standards and plant and production methods
- Maintaining good housekeeping practices
Requirements
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a Loading Shovel license or Forklift Truck license. However, we're more interested in your ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and be willing to learn. Full training will be provided.
