Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and assess customer needs, and present solutions from our range of products and services, including sales of packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and engineering services.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Packserve Limited remains competitive.
- At least 3 years of experience selling industrial packaging machinery into the food and beverage sectors.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and effective time management skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and potentially internationally.
