About the Role

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at The Architect in Chester. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting our sous chefs and head chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Support the sous chefs and head chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.

About You...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef, or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub, or the wider hospitality sector. If you're passionate about fresh food cookery and want to take your skills to the next level, we would love to hear from you.
