About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-time Culinary Specialist to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Antrim. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking breakfast, group diners, and main menu items to meet the needs of our guests
  • Deep cleaning the kitchen to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
  • Keeping all kitchen records up to date and accurate
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a busy kitchen as a Chef or Cook
  • Flexible approach to hours and a can-do attitude
  • Cooking qualification and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality
