About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Coach to join our team at Red Kite School in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire. As a Youth Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and physical needs of our pupils, helping them to develop as individuals and engage with the world.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with our experienced teams to provide a supportive and enriching environment, where our pupils can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Preparing learning materials and running classroom activities
  • Providing emotional and physical support to pupils
  • Working collaboratively with our teams to provide a supportive and enriching environment

Requirements:

  • GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience working with SEN and in a school setting
  • Adaptability and a willingness to work in a variety of classroom roles
