Trainee Mechanical Maintenance Professional

About the Role
Brite Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Mechanical Maintenance Professional to join our team in Evesham. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress their skills within a well-established company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the repair and maintenance of machines, ensuring production runs efficiently. You will work Monday to Friday across fixed day shifts, 7:30am – 4pm.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out the installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of various machines across the shop floor to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Undertake the repair and maintenance of compressors, hydraulic systems, and industrial pneumatics.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce breakdown repairs.
- Provide training to other members of the team.
Requirements and Benefits
- Mechanical qualification with no work experience looking for your first job OR a few years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer looking to move into maintenance.
- A valid forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
- We offer free on-site parking, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), optional overtime, and operate a Christmas shut down.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £26-30k.
