Business Development Representative Role

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join C&M Travel Recruitment and support the company's expansion plans. Working alongside the Business Development Manager and Marketing team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate a sales pipeline through research and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Account management of successful new clients to ensure long-term business growth
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize sales potential
Requirements
  • Minimum one year targeted sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets
  • Confident communication skills, including cold calling and negotiation
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and tools beneficial
