We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a Baler Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for operating Baler / Fixed Plant, maintaining facilities, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Baler / Fixed Plant and occasional FLT and Loading shovel
  • Maintain good 5S standards in and around the Baler
  • Work to company health and safety standards
  • Complete company paperwork, including daily bale counts and defect checks
