Research Chemist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laboratory Technician to support our R&D department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running and documenting laboratory studies to achieve project goals.

• Run and document laboratory studies in support of R&D projects
• Support general manufacturing trials, including transfer trials
• Contribute to validation activities (product, process, software, and test method)
• Prepare samples for customers to support sales and growth opportunities
• Create work instructions and risk assessments for new equipment/processes
• Maintain the laboratory in good working condition
• Manage routine technical activities, including COSHH
• Support the creation of risk assessment documents

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science
• Minimum 1 year of industrial experience in technical product development

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
