Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and business development through strategic networking and relationship-building with clients.
  • Develop professionalism and enthusiasm by embracing ongoing learning and role-playing opportunities.
  • Tap into mentoring programs led by experienced agents to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in structured coaching and training to maximize business growth and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new customers and expand your client base.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid NH and/or MA Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining one.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Take advantage of our comprehensive mentoring program to learn from top performers.
  • Be resourceful, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy negotiating and building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Be tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems and technologies.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000+ commission plan earnings
