As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with our team, you will play a crucial role in helping people to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- To provide specialist Cognitive Behaviour Therapy assessment and treatment of clients in Adult Mental Health, and managing own clinical caseload of therapy clients safely and effectively.
- To work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- To participate in audits and service developments to improve patient outcomes.
- To promote wellbeing and social inclusion through effective therapeutic relationships.
