About the Role

We are seeking a highly efficient and organized administrative professional to join our team at Anchor. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide a responsive and effective administrative service to our Estate Manager, supporting a wide range of tasks including filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Estate Manager with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and record-keeping
  • Deal with all aspects of estate management, including arrears, voids, and repairs
  • Deputize for the Estate Manager when needed
  • Deal with estate enquiries and produce information for residents, including newsletters
  • Liaise with residents, staff, contractors, stakeholders, and partners as required

We are looking for a highly efficient, organized, and empathetic individual who is keen to use their skills in a socially responsible setting. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An understanding of and empathy with the needs of older people
  • The ability to work as part of a team and on your own
