General Cover Teacher Position

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and flexible General Cover Teacher to provide short-term coverage across various subjects in a secondary school located in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver lessons across a range of subjects based on existing plans, ensuring a smooth learning experience for students.
- Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment, supporting student learning and development.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset.
- Experience in a similar role or a strong educational background, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and school staff.
- Ability to manage groups of students and enforce discipline, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
