Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Sustainable Development Manager, you will play a key role in securing funding from various sources, including trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet or exceed annual targets;
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery and impact measurement;
  • Monitor and report on progress against targets, making adjustments as needed;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or environmental science;
  • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
