Training Director for Commercial Growth

This permanent full-time role involves driving sales growth by delivering technical training across a diverse portfolio of products and services.

• Product Training Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality technical training programs to drive current and future product sales, covering boilers, controls, and renewable technologies.
• Marketing Materials: Ensure brand marketing materials, collateral, and literature are up-to-date and version-controlled as required.
• Content Review and Improvement: Continuously review and recommend changes and improvements to existing course content and materials, processes, and procedures.
• Internal Training Programs: Effectively deliver internal training programs to staff and colleagues, attending events as needed to stay informed about new products and develop relevant training.
• Team Collaboration: Work under the guidance of the Training Operations Manager and Senior Training Manager, alongside the Training Development and Administration team, to support annual training KPIs and experience improvements.

• Essential Experience: Previous experience as a Training Manager or similar is essential.
• Technical Skills: Deliver high-quality, technical training with commercial awareness and customer experience focus.
• Industry Training: Bring and undertake appropriate industry training as required by the business.
