Inventory Management Coordinator

About Us
At Wessex Garages Holdings Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Coordinator to join our Sales Administration department.
Job Summary
We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate input of vehicle stock for New & Used Cars on Dealer Management System (Pinnacle)
- Maintain accurate information on company vehicles (Coopers)
- Handle administration of De-fleeted vehicles on DMS and Coopers
- Download Manufacturers invoices to bring new cars into stock on Pinnacle
- Upload documentation to e-deal book (IStore Docs)
New Car Stock
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and solid team working skills.
Used Car Purchases
- Check documentation on outright purchases and vehicle buybacks to ensure all paperwork is present and correct
- Bring outright purchases and buybacks into stock on Pinnacle and add to spreadsheet for payment
- Carry out monthly stock check the 1st working day of every month
Monthly Duties
The successful candidate will be self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature, experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages.
