The Coventry Building Society's Procurement Team has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager - Business Services. The team is responsible for procurement and sourcing across the organisation, driving value through best-in-class strategic purchasing and category planning.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategy that demonstrates the pivotal role of procurement in effective resource management. This involves working closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring that products and services are sourced competitively, cost-effectively, and in line with relevant policy requirements.

About You

You'll have extensive experience of procurement processes, including RFI, RFP, contract drafting, negotiation, and supplier management. Familiar with sourcing a wide range of products and services, your ability to negotiate complex contracts will be highly valued.

As a confident, collaborative agent of change, you'll be able to evidence how you've mentored a team and fostered relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ideally in a Financial Services environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and resilience to the demands of a busy and changing environment are important attributes.

Ideally, you'll be MCIPS qualified or aspire to be.
