Conveyancing Specialist

Job Description
A Conveyancer is sought to join a busy team at a leading law firm in Bognor Regis. The successful candidate will handle a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, providing quotes to prospective clients, progressing residential purchases and sales, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a caseload of conveyancing files, including general file maintenance, routine correspondence, and legal drafting.
• Providing quotes to prospective clients and winning business by being prompt and professional.
• Progressing residential purchases and sales to a high standard of client care for new and existing clients.
• Utilising the case management system effectively to reduce paper usage and speed up the process.
• Communicating internally and externally with clients, referrers, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Verifying clients' identification and raising potential money laundering concerns.
• Drafting legal documentation.
• The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Law or a related field is required, and relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
