Job Description

Senior Process Engineer - Water Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our Water Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing process optimization and advisory services for new and existing water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical execution of process plant systems within complex water industry engineering projects.
  • Participate in design and construction initiatives utilizing digital design methodologies.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to address project technical, commercial, and progress-related matters.
  • Ensure projects adhere to technical, legislative, quality, safety, and environmental standards and objectives.
  • Oversee line management and performance development responsibilities for designated staff.
  • Facilitate the capture of critical project and technical knowledge, including innovative approaches.

Requirements:

  • Extensive expertise in process plant systems within water industry engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in digital design methodologies and process optimization techniques.
  • Substantial experience in the water and/or wastewater sectors.
  • Preferably degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical subject. Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
