We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Chester on an interim basis. As a Credit Controller, you will be the face of our organization in liaising with clients regarding their outstanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement in debt collection and billing processes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure timely settlement of client accounts.
- Collaborate with the Practice team to update barristers on debt situations and problem clients, advising on the most efficient billing method.
- Proven track record of success in managing client relationships to ensure accounts are paid within terms.
- Highly professional attitude and approach to building strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of the Court and Legal Systems is preferred.
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Credit Controller who is happy to take on this role for the next 9 months at least. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
