We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team in York. As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of artwork and packaging materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising daily with the Product Launch and Change team to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
  • Interacting with the Artwork Production and QC team to maintain high-quality standards and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Entering client information into the Product Lifestyle Management system to ensure accurate data management.
  • Communicating job progress and answering customer queries by telephone and email to provide exceptional client service.
  • Interpreting results/reports and taking appropriate actions, liaising with staff and clients to ensure effective problem-solving.
  • Producing electronic certificates, reports, and invoices in an accurate and timely manner to meet client expectations.
  • Contributing to credit control activities as required to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Liaising with and supporting the Global Sales and Marketing Managers as required to align business objectives.
  • Booking in and sending out samples to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participating in team meetings and following through on actions/projects to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of print processes and IT systems.

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
