Maintenance Technologist

Norgine is a leading healthcare organization that transforms lives with innovative solutions. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technologist to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of initiative. They will be responsible for ensuring all equipment PPMs are completed on time, resolving breakdowns efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles.

The successful candidate will also participate in daily shift handover meetings, undertake training in all equipment maintenance activities, and provide technical support to project teams as required.

• Maintenance, repair, and setup of manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing equipment in all production areas
• Completion of shift OEE logs
• Pro-active resolution of frequent production issues
• Utilization of modern maintenance techniques to drive improvements
• Participation in daily maintenance shift handover meetings

• Skilled and experienced maintenance technician across all functions
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and solve problems
• Ability to be part of an effective high-achieving cross-functional team
