Scrub Nurse

Job Summary:
The role of Scrub Nurse is a vital part of our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality care to patients attending the Minor Procedures Unit at the Candover Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment, ensuring a safe and efficient working space for surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care, from admission to discharge.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Support the MPU scrub team and OPD clinic team in day-to-day tasks, such as stock ordering and audits.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
