About the Role

Sterling Cross Trading LLP is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Psychologist to join their team as part of a brand-new community service for children and young people on the Isle of Man.

The successful candidate will lead a strong therapies team, shaping and implementing a high-quality, innovative psychological service that represents the local community. This permanent, full-time position offers relocation opportunities with a sizable support package available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical / Counselling / Forensic)
  • Significant experience with and expertise in the psychological assessment and therapeutic treatment of children and young people
  • Significant professional experience involving team leadership and inter-disciplinary collaboration

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated at £96,107 per annum, reflecting the regional average in Manchester. This includes a competitive salary range from £82,180 to £120,927 per year, along with relocation benefits.
