Chief Engineer Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer to lead our client's innovative power electronics solutions in the automotive space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality power electronics solutions for various applications, from clean sheet to fully validated, production-ready hardware.
  • Manage projects to achieve budgeted margin and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Propose innovative R&D projects to the CTO.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design of power electronic solutions.
  • Check and approve electronics designs to relevant quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics and magnetics technology.
  • Robust practical knowledge of high voltage, high power switching power devices and power modules.
  • Familiarity with major standards relating to electrical and functional safety.
  • Expertise in thermal simulation and management for power electronics.
