Key Responsibilities

The successful Spiritual Growth Pastor will be responsible for:

  • Leading Discipleship Programs: Develop and lead various discipleship programs, workshops, and events to engage Junior and Senior High youth in their spiritual growth.
  • Fostering Spiritual Authenticity: Create opportunities for youth to share their thoughts and feelings, promoting a culture of openness and vulnerability.
  • Developing Discipleship Pathway: Collaborate with pastors and children's minister to create a clear discipleship pathway for youth, guiding them towards spiritual maturity.
  • Recruiting Adult Leaders: Identify and recruit qualified adult leaders to assist in the youth ministry, providing guidance and support to the youth.
  • Maintaining MinistrySafe Compliance: Ensure all youth servants are trained and compliant with MinistrySafe protocols.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
