Job Title: Cleaning Operative - Nights

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning duties are carried out to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with BICSc standards, delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • To work in a proactive manner, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible.
  • To undertake ad-hoc duties as directed or operationally required.
  • To effectively interact with the public, recognizing situations where it is appropriate to offer assistance or add value.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good customer care skills.
  • Smart clean appearance.
  • Total commitment to quality.
