About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fund Performance Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for managing fund performance, conducting portfolio analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support fund performance and portfolio analysis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for funds, providing insights on performance relative to benchmarks and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, the Business Development team, and investors.
  • Daily interaction with the Investment and Fund team and work closely with the Business Development team to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in funds finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data without compromising accuracy.
  • English and Spanish full working proficiency.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
