About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Specialist to join our Elmbridge Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients in Walton on Thames, Molesey, Hersham, Thames Ditton, Hinchley Wood, and Cobham.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to clients with a range of needs, promoting independence and stability.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless service, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and service developments.
