Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
  1. Conducting surveys of properties within our area of operation
    Reporting on the condition of properties, including any defects or maintenance issues
    Collaborating with our senior surveyors and other teams to develop maintenance plans and schedules
    Ensuring that all properties meet our high standards of accessibility

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of building maintenance and repairs
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    Experience working with accessible housing solutions is preferred but not required
