We offer a welcoming, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere, and we are now seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to join our team.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality food in a warm, hospitable setting. After 20 years of outstanding service, we are looking for a new Head Chef to build upon our strong foundation and further enhance our reputation for delicious food, excellent service, and a friendly, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement innovative and seasonal menus for bar food and event options, including buffets and special functions.
  • Oversee all food items' preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, ensuring club standards and health regulations prepare all dishes.
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimise waste and control costs.
  • Develop and manage the kitchen budget, including food cost analysis and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction with the dining experience.
