Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading fenestration business to find an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and increase the company's profile in the South of the UK.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in sales within the fenestration industry, with a proven track record of success in selling to architects, specifiers, and contractors.

The role will involve developing and delivering a comprehensive regional sales plan, identifying new customers, and providing technical advice to customers. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to site or customers' offices as required and work closely with the marketing department to develop strategies and agree on promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a regional sales plan to drive profitable growth
  • Identify new customers and initiate the sales process
  • Provide technical advice to customers and assist with product specification
  • Generate quotations and follow up with proactive tracking
  • Work with the management team to develop and improve business performance
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in economics or industrial engineering
  • Industry and product knowledge of windows and doors
  • Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to use MS Office package
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
