The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and mentoring individuals in a trade-related environment. A strong understanding of adult education principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

In this role, you will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, assess learner progress, and provide constructive feedback. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of new training programs.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
