About the Role

We are seeking a level 4 adviser (level 6 would be great) with a proven track record of success. As a financial planner at our firm, you will have the opportunity to develop new business and manage a sizeable client portfolio. You will be rewarded for your hard work with a generous bonus structure, including 30% on all new business and 15% on growing ongoing fees.

Our firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with the backing of paraplanners and administrators in our local office. You will have the freedom to focus on clients with ongoing needs, while also developing new business opportunities.

What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of £55,000 - £75,000
  • A generous bonus structure, including 30% on all new business and 15% on growing ongoing fees
  • A supportive and collaborative environment, with the backing of paraplanners and administrators
  • The opportunity to develop new business and manage a sizeable client portfolio
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and experienced financial planner who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. You will need to have a level 4 qualification (level 6 would be great) and a proven track record of success. You will also need to have CAS and the energy, determination, and ability to manage a sizeable client portfolio and develop new business.
