About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new business administration, including computer input, acknowledgments, and chasing outstanding information.
  • Prepare quotations and obtain application forms as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of financial services products and providers.
  • Experience with provider platforms and websites.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Hybrid working arrangement available upon successful completion of probation.
