Project Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, and implementing cost control measures to ensure budgets are adhered to.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in quantity surveying, including a proven track record of managing complex construction projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
  3. Proficiency in quantity surveying software (preferably COINS) and Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.

The salary for this position is approximately £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme and private medical insurance.
