Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Specialist to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair services
  • Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve faults
  • Work on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Inspect components for wear and tear
  • Repair and replace parts
  • Support other technicians in the workshop

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license
  • Proficiency in using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work to high quality standards and efficiency targets
  • Great team player and communication skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • OTE (On Target Earnings) potential up to £60,000 per annum
