Graff Search is a leading digital property company that is expanding its operations in the EMEA region.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our team as the first employment lawyer for EMEA. The role will have responsibility for all employment law matters for the UK and will support the business on its European expansion, both from a strategic and operational perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on a range of employment matters including day-to-day employee relations, performance matters, employment strategies, data privacy, redundancies, dismissals, and TUPE.
  • Work closely with the European HR teams, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring cohesion and best practice across the European business.
  • Collaborate with the US team, advising on compliance with applicable EU laws and managing the company's relationship with local law firms on employment matters.

About You

The ideal candidate will have broad employment law experience, with a strong understanding of European employment law. Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish employment law is a plus. The ability to make decisions and advise the business pragmatically is essential, as is the ability to build and cultivate successful working relationships across the business at all levels.
