About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trusts and Foundations Officer to join our team at EASYWEBRECRUITMENT. As a key member of our Philanthropy and Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with grant-making trusts and foundations, ensuring support through in-depth research, excellent stewardship, and timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and reach new prospects to build long-term partnerships with grant-making trusts and foundations.
  • Develop and write high-quality proposals and reports to secure funding for our organisation.
  • Manage the trusts and foundations pipeline, prioritising and organising your own work to meet deadlines across multiple tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and colleagues across the organisation to find creative and compelling projects to be funded.
About You

We are looking for an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, who can create high-quality proposals and informative reports. You will have excellent relationship management skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Your role requires strong administrative, planning, and prioritisation abilities, with keen attention to detail.

You will have experience in identifying, researching, and reaching new prospects, writing bespoke proposals, and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
