Senior Medical Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Writer to join our team at MAC Clinical Research. As a Senior Medical Writer, you will play a critical role in the development of clinical trial documents, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Author, review, and edit clinical trial documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biometrics, clinical operations, and sponsors, to ensure seamless document delivery
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior writers, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance
  • Manage document review cycles, comment resolution, and incorporation to ensure inclusion of relevant input
  • Quality control - Provide peer review and quality control of draft and final documents against approved sources to ensure suitability for external distribution
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in science and/or healthcare, with a strong understanding of risk-benefit analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information to various audiences
  • Ability to work and lead in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Well-organized, flexible, and able to plan multiple projects and work effectively to tight deadlines
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
