Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to join our Test team at Change-it Professional Services Ltd, a leading provider of technology and data services. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our software products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency
  • Identify and report defects to the development team
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Experience as a QA Analyst or Test Analyst in a technology or data environment
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile framework
  • Experience in functional/non-functional testing, regression testing, etc…
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent – Foundation level is fine
  • Experience with automation tools, eg Cypress
  • Understanding of some programming languages, eg JavaScript or C#
  • Ability to maintain QA artefacts such as user stories and test their quality
  • API testing experience, especially with Postman
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and team mindset
  • Interest in data and technology
  • Desire to become a QA leader in the future
