Roadside Rescue Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles on the road.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair vehicles at the roadside, utilizing your technical expertise to solve a variety of issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and solutions to their problems.
- Work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weather conditions.
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
- A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
