Job Overview

UNIT4 NV is seeking an experienced Construction Project Management Office Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

  • Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure clear communication, alignment of priorities, and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that delivered solutions meet established standards of functionality, reliability, and performance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects or similar.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, and deliver results within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications desirable.
