Centre People, an international market research agency, is seeking a seasoned Market Research Manager to join their London office.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple research projects from proposal to deliverables. Your expertise in project management and analytical skills will enable you to lead on projects with director support.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on various research projects. You will have the chance to develop strong client relationships, contribute to winning repeat business, and participate in the management and training of graduates or executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple research projects from proposal to deliverables
  • Plan and manage project timelines
  • Analyse, interpret, and report to create insightful reports
  • Develop strong client relationships and contribute to winning repeat work
  • Participate in management and training of graduates or executives
  • Design methodologies and analysis to meet client research objectives
  • Chair project meetings and ensure project execution runs smoothly
  • Produce required cross tabulations and select appropriate statistical tests
  • Design presentation materials to effectively communicate data insights
  • Liaise with clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Mentor insight executives and graduates
  • Contribute to business development and proposal delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have more than 5 years of experience in research marketing. Essential skills include strong project management skills, excellent analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and client relationship management. Business-level fluency in English is also required.
