Geography Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography teacher to join our vibrant school community in Loughborough. As a Geography educator, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3 & 4.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
2. Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to support student progress and attainment.
3. Provide timely feedback to students to support their learning.
4. Participate in departmental meetings, parent consultations, and school events as required.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or expected to graduate with QTS by October 2024.
2. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography education.
3. Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
