Salesforce Expert

GEM Partnerships is seeking a skilled Salesforce Expert to join our team as a Hybrid Administrator. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform.

This position requires strong technical skills, with experience in improving processes and the successful adoption of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully driving projects to completion and excellent project management and organization skills.

The Hybrid Administrator will serve as an administrator supporting approximately 800+ users across the Group, handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance and other routine tasks, reports and dashboards creation and management, management of existing solutions, and defect resolution.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as an administrator supporting approximately 800+ users across the Group.
• Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance and other routine tasks.
• Completing regular internal system audits and preparing for planned Salesforce releases.
• Maintaining and documenting functional and technical processes and procedures.
• Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations, providing support to the IT teams as needed.
• Collaborating with business leaders, implementation team, and users during ongoing project phases.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
