Job Title: Fleet Management Supervisor

At Oxalis Logistics Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Management Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Maintenance Control Centre function through a small team of administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective cost control of vehicles and trailers using the Key2 Fleet Management System.
  • Apply procedures and adjudication controls to non-fixed cost repair and maintenance expenditure for both Oxalis and FTL fleets.
  • Liaise with technical Fleet Engineers to support the adjudication process and agree rectification work.
  • Resolve invoice queries using the Fleet Management system and specialist technical support.
  • Provide management information on actual spend by contract, asset, and causal factors.
  • Ensure training is identified and provided for MCC Administrators through the PDR process.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory/management experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, preferably in a fleet management environment.
  • Conversant with MS Office.
  • Experience in using a Fleet Management system (not essential).
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • Live within a commutable distance.
