Job Title: Associate Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, data analysis, and business acumen. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical specifications, high-level designs, and testing strategies to support business requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end systems development cycles, from requirements analysis to implementation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and develop process workflows, data requirements, and specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and explore new opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in software development, including data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming concepts.
  • Strong programming experience in at least one compiled language (e.g., C, C++, Java).
  • Full-stack development experience with React.
  • In-depth knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design.
  • Experience with industry-standard frameworks and tools, such as SpringBoot, DropWizard, Maven, and Web/RESTful service development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with machine learning, data science, and AWS.
  • Continuous delivery and deployment experience.
  • Sound object-oriented programming fundamentals.
