The Role

We are seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Wates Living Space Planned Maintenance Team in the North East region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with tenants and project staff to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the lead supervisor in the construction of the programme of works per annum.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders and attend regular progress meetings.
  • Provide clear understanding of works to occur to the tenants and issue notices for access.
  • Maintain a complaints procedure and deal with disputes and damage claims.
  • Attend community events organised.
  • Report all defects to Project Lead and advise on any trends.
