As a Payroll Assistant Manager at Francis Clark LLP, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and making a significant impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a wide variety of payrolls for clients
  • Set up of new client payrolls ensuring all data is clean
  • Undertake customer surveys and take appropriate action to make any relevant improvements to the service
  • Supervise Payroll Administrators and train/develop team members
  • Assist with preparation of pitches for new business and involvement in relevant networking and business development activities
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are updated regularly and are adhered to

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of payroll legislation/pensions
  • Ability to supervise and coach staff within a busy payroll environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to think 'outside the box', risk assess, and problem solve
  • IT literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, accurate and numerate
